I have decided that when we buy our "outside" freezer, I will start doing once-a-month-cooking (or OAMC as those "in the know" call it). Well, I'll start doubling my dinners anyway. The only thing that frightens me is that one day of all cooking.

But I sure do like the sound of just grabbing the items and throwing them in a crockpot or casserole. Any tips or suggestions?

i have TONS of ideas. I'll email them. I have never actually done an all-day session...but there are things I do that save me TONS of time and energy (hooray!). Do you have a stand-up freezer in your garage??
